Pricing and signing up
How much does Karma Studio cost?
Each service has its own fee and is signed up for separately: a website from €25/month, SEO and ad management from €24/month, social media from €71.20/month and VeriFactu invoicing free up to 10 invoices a month. The "from" prices are for paying in advance; month by month, the website costs €40 and SEO or advertising €30. Tax not included (IPSI 0.5%). All prices are at karma.studio/es/precios.
Is there a lock-in period or a setup fee?
There is neither a lock-in nor a setup fee. You cancel whenever you want from your dashboard and the service stays active until the period already paid ends. Periods already charged are not refunded, so if you are unsure, start paying month by month.
Can I sign up for just one service?
Yes, and it is the most common choice. Each service (website, SEO, advertising, social media and invoicing) is a separate subscription: you sign up for one, add another when you need it and cancel the one you do not use without touching the rest.
How do I pay and what discounts are there?
You can pay month by month or pay a period in advance. For SEO, advertising, social media and VeriFactu, quarterly payment has a 10% discount and yearly payment a 20% discount. The website drops to €30/month quarterly and €25/month every six months. The service is the same in every case: only the number of months you pay in advance changes.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial to get started: what is free is VeriFactu invoicing up to 10 invoices a month. If you already pay for one of our services, you can try the other modules of the panel free for 15 days, once. If you have questions before signing up, message us on WhatsApp and we will advise you with no obligation.
How we work
Is Karma Studio an agency?
No. Karma started in 2017 as a web design agency and in March 2026 became a platform: each service has a public price and is signed up for separately. Repetitive work is done by the platform with artificial intelligence, and the team steps in where it really matters: design, decisions and sensitive replies.
Is it done by AI or by a person?
Both, each where it fits. The platform prepares the repetitive work: the articles, the social media posts and the usual chat replies. A person on the team handles what is delicate: the design of your website, the decisions in your strategy and anything the assistant cannot answer, which always goes to a real person. And if you prefer, nothing is posted on social media without your approval.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use Karma. We build the website, write the articles, run the campaigns and post on your social media; you ask for changes on WhatsApp. You have a dashboard to see everything, but you do not have to use it.
What do I need to give you to get started?
Not much. What your business does, what you want to achieve and your logo if you have one. If you already have a website, a domain, a Google Business Profile or social media accounts, you connect them from your panel. We prepare the rest and show it to you before it goes live.
Who do I talk to when I need something?
To us, on WhatsApp. There is no call centre and no tickets getting lost: you write to the same number and someone who already knows how your business is set up replies. We reply during office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 (Spanish time).
Do you only work in Ceuta?
No. Our office is in Ceuta, but we work with small businesses and freelancers all over Spain. Everything is set up and maintained remotely, and anything that needs discussing is done on WhatsApp or by video call. If your business is in Ceuta, we can also meet in person.
If I leave, are the website and domain mine?
We transfer the domain to you whenever you ask, and from then on you pay its renewal. The texts, photos and articles are yours and we export them for you. For your Google and social media accounts we only have management permission, and you can remove it whenever you want.
Website
What does the website plan include?
The design, hosting and maintenance of your website, with no limit on sections and unlimited changes. It includes the domain, a security certificate (SSL) and email accounts on your domain. It does not include an online shop or a CRM, which are quoted separately.
How long until my website is ready?
Days, not months. You tell us what you do and what you want on the website, we build it with your brand and show it to you before publishing. After that, you ask for changes on WhatsApp and they are applied the same day.
SEO and advertising
How long until I see results on Google?
It depends on the service. Advertising starts bringing visits as soon as the campaign is live. SEO takes longer: keywords usually start rising from the fourth to sixth week, but what it gains stays, because each article keeps bringing visits for years. Nobody can guarantee you the top position.
Is the ad budget included?
No. The advertising fee pays for management: setting up the campaigns, writing the ads and optimising them every week. What Google and Meta charge is set by you, with the monthly cap you choose, so you always know the most you will spend.
What is the difference between SEO and advertising?
SEO gets you into Google's normal results: it takes months, but what it achieves stays. Advertising puts you in the ads: it starts bringing contacts as soon as it is live and stops when you switch it off. They complement each other, and many businesses start with advertising and add SEO later.
Social media and invoicing
Which social networks do you post on and where do the images come from?
Instagram and Facebook, and also your Google Business Profile. Content is created with artificial intelligence from your brand: your colours, your logo, your products and your tone. If you send us photos of your business, we use them too. You approve the calendar before anything is published.
What is VeriFactu and when is it mandatory?
It is the Spanish Tax Agency's system to make invoices impossible to alter after they are issued: each one carries a chained record and a QR code. The legal dates are still 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for freelancers and everyone else (Royal Decree-law 15/2025), but on 5 October 2026 the Tax Agency announced a postponement to October 2028, pending approval of the law. Adapting early avoids surprises when the date arrives. With Karma you start free up to 10 invoices a month.
Do I need a digital certificate to invoice with VeriFactu?
You can use your own digital certificate or authorise Karma to send the records to the Tax Agency on your behalf. It is a one-off step, and in the meantime you can start invoicing.
