When you sign up for a pack or switch to another, any separate service it already includes (at the same tier or a lower one) stops being billed and the unused part of what you'd already paid is deducted from your next charges.

From “Mi suscripción” (your subscription) in the panel you can add the services your pack doesn't include, such as Chat CRM on Essential.
