Our commitment
We work to make karma.studio meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Compliance status
The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most of it complies, and what does not yet is listed below.
What we have checked
- Every public page of the site, in Spanish, English and French, with axe-core 4.10.2 and the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules.
- Text and button contrast: orange buttons carry dark text, and greys, greens and text on blue have been darkened or lightened as needed.
- Keyboard use: the “Skip to content” link, visible focus, the menu and the drop-downs, which close with Escape.
- Forms: every field has a label, errors say what is missing and take you to the field, and the “received” message is read out by screen readers.
- Animations stop if your system asks for reduced motion.
What does not comply yet
- The brand orange, when used as text on a light background (highlighted words in headings, eyebrows and some prices), does not reach the minimum contrast. We keep it because it is the brand identity; the same text can be read in full without that colour.
- On the lightest part of the blue gradient in some page headers, small white text can fall below the minimum contrast.
- The mock-ups showing the inside of the dashboard use small text. They are illustrations: what they show is also said in the page text.
- We have not checked that the PDF of the report «¿Tu negocio no aparece en Google?» is tagged for screen readers. Its figures are also on the page itself, in a table.
- The blog and the knowledge base are only available in Spanish.
What this statement does not cover
The client dashboard (app.karma.studio), the website chat and the websites we build for our clients. Links to Google, Meta, WhatsApp or other sites lead to services we do not control.
If you cannot use something
Write to us and tell us which page and which part gave you trouble. We reply during office hours and, if you need it, we send you the information in another format (for example, as text by email).
