What each service costs depending on how you pay
The service is the same in every column: only the number of months you pay upfront changes. The longer the period, the cheaper each month.

Invoicing
VeriFactu invoicing
Invoices sealed and registered with the Spanish Tax Agency, with POS, quotes and payments. The plan depends on how many invoices you issue each month.

If you go over your plan limit in a month, the invoice is still issued: we never block a legal invoice.
Terms
How payment works
No lock-in
You can pay month by month and cancel whenever you want. If you choose quarterly, six-monthly or yearly billing, that period is paid in full and the unused part is not refunded.
Each service separately
You only sign up for the services you need and combine them as you like. Each one has its own fee and is cancelled separately.
Ad spend is separate
The ads fee pays for managing the campaigns. What Google and Meta charge for the ads is set by you, with a monthly cap you decide.
Taxes
Tax not included: Ceuta's IPSI, 0.5%, is added to the fee.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
How much does Karma Studio cost per month?
It depends on the services you choose, because each one is paid separately. VeriFactu invoicing is free up to 10 invoices a month, a website costs from €25/month, and SEO or ad management from €24/month.
Is there a lock-in period or a setup fee?
No. There is no lock-in and no setup fee: you can pay month by month and cancel whenever you want. If you pay a longer period upfront to get a lower price, that period is paid in full.
Is the ad budget included?
No. The ads fee, €24 to €30 a month, is the management: setting up the campaigns, writing the ads and optimising them. The budget that Google and Meta charge is set by you, with the monthly cap you choose.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Tax is added on top: Ceuta's IPSI, 0.5%, because we invoice from Ceuta.
Will prices go up?
They may, once the platform leaves its launch phase. We'd give you at least 30 days' notice and you could cancel with no penalty before it applies.
